A Massive Entertainer’s Deck

One of the home’s standout features is the expansive 110m² back deck, offering a commanding view over Oxley. Achieving this required specialist engineering and build-over-sewer approvals, ensuring structural integrity while accommodating the existing main sewer line. The result is a spacious, elevated outdoor retreat, perfect for entertaining and relaxation.

To construct this impressive space, 1.2 kilometers of decking boards were used, highlighting the scale and craftsmanship that went into its creation.

Smart Design for a Sloping Block

Building on a challenging sloping site, we incorporated extensive retaining at the rear to bring the house up to street level. This approach not only enhanced accessibility but also allowed for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
