Leonard Homes Referral Program

By participating in the Leonard Homes Referral Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before submitting any referral.

1. Eligibility

• • Participation in the Program is limited to individuals who have received prior authorization from Leonard Homes. Unauthorized submissions will not be eligible for a referral fee.
  • By submitting a referral, you represent that you are eligible to do so and have the right to provide the required personal information.

2. Referral Submission Process

• • All referrals must be submitted through the designated referral page on the Leonard Homes website.
  • The referral form requires complete and accurate information including your name, phone number, email address, physical address, and detailed referral information. “Detailed referral information” specifically means the referred client’s full name, phone number, email address, and build address.
  • The referral must be submitted prior to any contract being signed, any lead being generated, or Leonard Homes initiating contact with the potential client. Referrals will not be eligible if Leonard Homes is already in discussions with the client, a contract has been signed, or construction has commenced.

3. Client Confirmation Requirement

• • The referrer is responsible for obtaining confirmation from the referred client. The client must send an email directly to Leonard Homes confirming that they agree to have the referral fee paid to the referrer.
  • Leonard Homes will not process the referral fee unless this client confirmation email is received.

4. Referral Fee

• • A referral fee of up to $5,000 will be awarded only if the referral results in a signed contract and the subsequent construction of a house, with payment issued upon the concrete slab being laid.
  • Only one referral fee will be granted per referral form and per job address for each house.
  • Each client is eligible for a maximum referral fee of $5,000, and only one claim per client may be made.
  • In the event that multiple individuals submit a referral for the same client, Leonard Homes will award the referral fee solely to the first valid submission and cancel all subsequent referrals.

5. Invoice Submission

• • The referrer must submit an invoice to Leonard Homes via email to claim the referral fee. The invoice should include all necessary details as specified by Leonard Homes.

6. Disqualification and Modifications

• • Leonard Homes reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
  • Leonard Homes also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• • Leonard Homes will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or technical issues that may occur during the referral submission process.
  • Participation in the Program is at your own risk. Leonard Homes makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the Program.
  • Leonard Homes is not responsible for any disputes arising from referrals or any issues related to the awarding of the referral fee beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

8. Taxation and Reporting

• • Any referral fee awarded may be subject to applicable taxes. It is your responsibility to report any income received under the Program in accordance with local tax laws.

9. Governing Law

• • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leonard Homes operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• • By submitting a referral through the Leonard Homes website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
